Ils en ont mis du temps à naître ! Ces deux petits singes malicieux et gourmands trottaient en rond dans ma tête depuis longtemps. Mais j’ avais besoin de temps pour élaborer une nouvelle méthode pour former les volumes en tôle d’ acier, et explorer des jeux de patines colorées. Il a fallu la patience et la confiance de Nathalie et Bruno, pour que ces deux loustics trouvent enfin les branches auxquelles s’ accrocher pour toujours! Un petit banc sur-mesure pour accueillir et faire sourire, forgé et patiné avec amour et persévérance, tout comme leur entier appartement.

It took a looong time for conception and fabrication at the shop. It took also a lot of patience and trust from Nahalie and Bruno, to give me enough time for exploring a whole new method and esthetic… With forged and hammered steel plates, and new ways of colored patinas from rusted steel.
Indeed, this little bench adds some fun and ergonomy to the entry of their appartment. I am super proud of it :p
